Our History

Document Technologies was founded in 1991, and has since enjoyed steady growth and profitability each year it has been in business. The company provides sales, service and support to customers for office equipment and services. As an authorized Lanier dealer we can service and supply the Ricoh Family Group. Which brands include Lanier, Ricoh, and Savin. Other authorized manufacturers include Xerox and HP.

The emphasis is on flexibility of service by providing equipment and contracts that allow customers to change price plans or equipment with ease. Our extremely loyal customer base is due to the care we take in servicing their needs. Each customer is surveyed in person every month to evaluate needs and satisfaction. As customers’ needs evolve to increasing sophisticated software, color, and wide-format solutions, Document Technologies is there to service them.
